SCR / Urea / AdBlue Line Assemblies
Ray Precicomp supports component-level polymer tube routing and assembly development for SCR after-treatment applications using urea-based fluid. Each solution must be matched to the specified fluid, vehicle package and customer-defined operating requirements.

Application Scope
The scope may include urea / AdBlue fluid routing and application-specific tube assemblies connecting components within the SCR system. Exact part function and interfaces are defined by the customer’s drawing and system architecture.
Key Design Considerations
- Compatibility with the specified urea-based fluid and operating environment
- Routing, bend geometry and available vehicle package space
- Connector and interface requirements
- Temperature exposure and operating conditions
- Assembly access, retention and customer-defined inspection or validation requirements
Material and Construction
Material grade, tube construction and dimensions must be selected against the application specification and relevant supplier data. Avoid assuming that a tube suitable for one fluid circuit is automatically suitable for another.
Development and Production Support
Ray Precicomp can work with customer engineering and purchasing teams to review drawings, routing feasibility, tube and connector requirements, and component assembly needs. Prototype and production-development support can be aligned with the customer’s programme plan.
Application Information
For an initial discussion, share the part drawing or 3D data, fluid and operating requirements, connector details, target volumes and the customer specification or validation plan where available.
