Thermal Management Tube Assemblies
Thermal-management systems need fluid routing that fits the vehicle package and the circuit’s operating requirements. Ray Precicomp supports selected polymer tube assembly applications based on the customer’s fluid, temperature, pressure and material specifications.

Potential Application Areas
- Selected engine and auxiliary cooling circuits
- Selected hybrid-vehicle thermal-routing applications
- Selected battery, motor or power-electronics cooling circuits where material requirements permit
- Auxiliary coolant and fluid routing
Engineering Considerations
- Coolant chemistry and material compatibility
- Operating and transient temperature conditions
- Pressure requirements and circuit function
- Routing geometry, movement and available package space
- Connections, retention and assembly access
- Customer-defined durability and validation requirements
Material and Construction Options
PA12, other polyamides and selected multilayer constructions may be considered where appropriate to the fluid and operating conditions. Material suitability must be confirmed for the exact application, including temperature, pressure, coolant chemistry and service-life requirements.
Component-Level Development
Ray Precicomp can work with customer teams to review drawings and interfaces, discuss routing feasibility and support tube assembly development. System-level design authority and final application approval remain with the customer and relevant system owner.
